Ministry Expansion Project Updates for the week of May 31, 2026

 Facility/Programming

·   LWML on Thursday, June 4 at 1:30pm will meet in the community room at Mills Ridge Apartments (2410 Sunrise Ridge Road).

·   Morning Joe on Thursday, June 4 at 9:00am will meet downstairs.

·   Boards on Tuesday, June 9 will meet downstairs.

·   Afternoon Bible Study on Thursday, June 11 at 1:30pm will be held at Park Place Assisted Living (104 4th Street).

·   Parking lot & alley access is limited. A reminder that you may park on both sides of 7th Street and 9th Avenue on Sundays. Also, if you would like assistance or “valet” parking, please talk to an elder or usher.

·   Adult Bible study on Sunday mornings will be held in the sanctuary.

 

Work Days

 ·   Thank you to those who have helped so far! No additional work days are scheduled at this time.  

·   If you’d like to receive updates about work days via text message, please let Jessie know.

 

Construction Related Updates

 ·   The new water/sewer has been installed. Clean up and repair of the areas impacted will be finished up in the coming weeks.

·   Outside site work continues. Footings have been dug and the foundation will be poured.

·   North boulevard parking as well finishing up the alley will be happening.

·   Walls have been taken down and work will begin on building the new bathrooms upstairs.

To ensure campaign success, commitments are requested at this time. You are encouraged to pray about how you can help the campaign and give as you are able. Commitment cards are available below, on the bulletin board in the SE entryway at Mount Calvary, or by contacting the church office. The fulfillment phase of the campaign will end December 31, 2027.
