Please mark your calendars for Tuesday, December 1, 2026, for Mt. Calvary’s Day of Giving. The Built on the Rock Fulfillment Team is actively preparing for this special event. By God’s grace, Mt. Calvary has been richly blessed through the Built on the Rock Campaign and the resulting Ministry Expansion project.

The purpose of the Day of Giving is to support the Ministry Expansion by raising awareness and funds to help reduce the loan obligations. The total project cost is $5.53 million. And, the current balance needed for the project is $1.96 million.

Our goal for the Day of Giving is for 250 individuals/families to make a gift! Any amount helps us achieve our goal and reduce the loan obligation.

In the coming weeks, you will see additional information on this page, social media channels, and in bulletin announcements at Mt. Calvary. We encourage you to share these posts with your friends and family.

If you are interested in participating as a matching donor for the Day of Giving, please contact the Fulfillment Team. Above all, we ask that you continue to pray for Mt. Calvary, the Ministry Expansion project, and our pastor.

Cash/check donations may be put in the offering plate on Sundays, put in the black drop box at Mt. Calvary or mailed to the church (629 9th Avenue, Brookings, SD 57006). Please be sure to designate the contribution is for “Day of Giving”. Funds raised for the Day of Giving event will be used to reduce the loan obligations for the current ministry expansion project.
